These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for construction work — that is a separate written contract signed before any project begins.
About this site
This site is published by JD5 Enterprise, a general contractor serving Rochester, New York and the surrounding towns. It describes the kinds of work we do and gives you ways to get in touch.
The information here is general
Descriptions of services on this site are general in nature. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, a price, a schedule, or a commitment to take on a particular project. Every project depends on its own scope, materials, site conditions and labour, and can only be priced and scheduled after we have looked at it.
The technical drawings on this site are illustrations of construction sequence. They are diagrams, not photographs of completed JD5 Enterprise projects, and they do not depict any particular property.
Estimates and enquiries
Submitting a form, calling, texting or emailing us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Financing
Where financing is mentioned on this site, it refers to options that may be offered by independent third-party lenders. JD5 Enterprise does not extend credit, does not approve applications, and does not guarantee that financing will be available or offered on any particular project. Eligibility, approval, rates and terms are determined solely by the lender, and any financing agreement is between you and that lender.
Licensing and insurance
JD5 Enterprise is licensed and insured. Documentation is available on request.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about the property and the work you want done.
- Use this site lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Do not send us anything confidential or sensitive through a web form.
Content on this site
The text, drawings and design on this site belong to JD5 Enterprise or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.
Links to other sites
If we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Limits
This site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
