This policy explains what information JD5 Enterprise collects when you contact us or use this website, what we do with it, and how you can ask us to stop.
Who we are
JD5 Enterprise is a general contractor serving Rochester, New York and the surrounding towns. You can reach us at (585) 851-8297 or jd5enterprise553@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, property location and the details or photos you send about the work you want done — whether that comes through a form on this site, a phone call, a text message or an email.
- Basic technical information. Standard web server and security data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This site does not use advertising trackers.
What we use it for
- Responding to your estimate request and answering your questions.
- Scheduling and carrying out work you have asked us to do.
- Following up about a project you contacted us about.
- Keeping our own records and meeting legal or insurance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
Customers provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages from JD5 Enterprise when submitting an estimate or contact request through this website. Customers may also start a conversation with us by text, or ask for text communication verbally during a phone call.
Messages we send relate to your estimate, your project and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (585) 851-8297. Opting out of text messages does not stop us from reaching you by phone or email about work already in progress.
Mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers described below strictly to deliver the messages you asked for.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run things on our behalf — website hosting, our customer and messaging system, email and phone providers. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
- Trade partners on your project, such as a drywall, plumbing or electrical subcontractor, and only the details they need to do the work.
- Lenders, only if you choose to explore third-party financing and ask us to pass your details along.
- Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we need them for the project, our business records, and any legal, tax or insurance requirement that applies. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
